Shipping policy

COVID-19 POLICY:

Expect Shipping Delays due to Covid-19. We ship out all packages on time however, it may take the shipping company longer to deliver due to the pandemic.  We do not issue any refunds or accept returns due to these delays. 

PROCESSING TIME:

This include Bundles, Closures, Frontals, Clipins, Ready to Ship Wigs, and Hair Accessories. 

Custom items such as Custom Wigs and our Wig Construction Service (You can also provide your own hair), have a processing period of 10-14 business days. 

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

(United States) 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. Order Must be placed by 4pm to meet Express Shipping Drop-off Deadline.

United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA 

(United States) 2-3 Business Day

(International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS 

This time does not include the processing period
